Mayer Gniwisch
President

Mayer was classically trained as a diamond cutter with one of South Africa's largest diamond companies. He then founded First Canadian Diamond Cutting Works, the first diamond factory in Canada. He also created Y&M Diamond Trading of New York, a leading seller of loose diamonds.

With his experience, Mayer brings a very strong quality and value perspective to his responsibilities and strongly believes his personal mission is to provide "the customer with the best quality and value for each and every diamond or piece of jewelry they acquire."

 

 

Bruno Peloquin
Chief Operations Officer

Bruno Peloquin comes to Ice.com with over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the media, telecommunications, banking, and transport industries.  A great leader who has driven organization change to improve customer focus and business performance. 

Previously, Bruno has held executive positions at Quebecor Media, Microcell (Fido), and UPS International.   At Ice.com, Bruno oversees the company's day-to-day operations.

 

 

Pinny Gniwisch
Chief Motivational Officer

Pinny is one of the Gurus of Internet marketing. He frequently lectures worldwide at International Internet conferences on a myriad of topics relating to Internet marketing.

Combining his knowledge of the jewelry business and his marketing insights Pinny contributes to making Ice.com one of the leading jewelers on the Internet. "My goal is to create and deliver an experience that will generate long-term customer relationships."

 

 

Alan Woolff
Vice President of Merchandising

It is Alan's mission to research and find unique jewelry styles to complement our quality and value proposition at Ice.com.

Alan has been involved in jewelry merchandising for 25 years in England, Canada and the USA. His quest for the perfect items have taken him to Thailand, India, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Italy and all over the USA, which allows him to bring a truly International flavor to Ice.com.

The combination of years of experience and a great understanding of gemstones and manufacturing helps Alan deliver exceptional quality jewelry at great value.

 

 

Brent McKinnon
Vice President, Operations

Brent started his career with Hartco Corporation, Canada's leading franchisor of technology solution providers, a Financial Post 500 company with revenues exceeding $600 million. Brent then joined Insight Enterprises Inc, one of the largest technology solution providers in the world with sales in excess of $3.0 billion, working in both their Canadian and United Kingdom offices.

He has more than ten years experience as an operations executive and senior systems analyst with a solid reputation for being a growth-oriented leader with extensive experience in directing operations in Distribution, Procurement and Customer Service.

 

 

Ezzie Schaff
Vice President, Risk Management

Ezzie comes to Ice.com with 15 years of experience in the risk management and credit card processing industry. His success in implementing trendsetting practices and procedures in the online card not present environment has helped online sellers eliminate many of the risks involving credit card fraud and identity theft.

Previous to working at Ice.com, Ezzie enjoyed a leadership position as a project manager for the internet startup, Educational Technology Partners.
