Jonathan Kowit

Chief Marketing Officer
Jonathan Kowit is an experienced marketer and business executive who has worked in the interactive space since 1998. Jonathan came to Ice.com from Audible.com (an Amazon company), where he was the VP of Marketing for 4 1/2 years during a time in which Audible grew by over 200%. Prior to Audible, Jonathan was the VP of International Marketing at Weightwatchers.com for 4 years, where he managed marketing teams in the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia. Prior to Weightwatchers Jonathan founded a first mover in the online dating space, Metrodate.com. Before Metrodate, Jonathan was an attorney that focused on class action antitrust litigation.


Jason Ordway

Chief Information Officer
Jason Ordway leads the technology vision, strategy and execution for Ice.com.

Most  recently Mr. Ordway served as the CTO of SureSource, LLC where he lead the Development,  IT/OPs, Quality Assurance and Project Management teams in support of their direct to consumer ecommerce (including mobile) model for clients such as Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Casio, Hershey’s, and Crayola.

Mr. Ordway also served as the CIO of RedRoller Holdings, Inc. where  he lead the development and support of a subscription based online  shipping application.  Mr. Ordway has held senior technology positions  in the .com world for both international and domestic companies such as  Weightwatchers International, Outpost.com, CNN Financial News and  Y&R New York.


Pinny Gniwisch

Founder, EVP of Business Development & Communications
Pinny is one of the Gurus of Internet marketing. He frequently lectures worldwide at International Internet conferences on a myriad of topics relating to Internet marketing.

Combining his knowledge of the jewelry business and his marketing insights Pinny contributes to making Ice.com one of the leading jewelers on the Internet. "My goal is to create and deliver an experience that will generate long-term customer relationships."


Ezzie Schaff

Vice President, Risk Management
Ezzie comes to Ice.com with 15 years of experience in the risk management and credit card processing industry. His success in implementing trendsetting practices and procedures in the online card not present environment has helped online sellers eliminate many of the risks involving credit card fraud and identity theft.

Previous to working at Ice.com, Ezzie enjoyed a leadership position as a project manager for the internet startup, Educational Technology Partners.


Alan Woolff

Vice President of Merchandising
It is Alan's mission to research and find unique jewelry styles to complement our quality and value proposition at Ice.com.

Alan has been involved in jewelry merchandising for 25 years in England, Canada and the USA. His quest for the perfect items have taken him to Thailand, India, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Italy and all over the USA, which allows him to bring a truly International flavor to Ice.com.

The combination of years of experience and a great understanding of gemstones and manufacturing helps Alan deliver exceptional quality jewelry at great value.


Mayer Gniwisch

Founder
Mayer Gniwisch's extensive knowledge of diamonds and jewelry is the result of his years of hands-on experience in the field. Classically trained as a diamond cutter with one of South Africa's largest diamond companies, Mayer founded First Canadian Diamond Cutting Works, Canada's first diamond factory, and Y&M Diamond Trading of New York, a leading seller of loose diamonds. Mayer leverages this industry expertise to bring Ice customers "The best quality and value for each and every diamond or piece of jewelry they acquire".
