Ice ships all over the world! For a fixed rate of just $50 US, which includes insurance for the full amount of the merchandise purchased, Ice will ship your sparkle right to your doorstep – no matter where you live (more or less).
Depending on the final destination, there may be additional fees, but if there are, we'll try to let you know immediately.

RISK-FREE RETURN POLICY
Change your mind about your sparkle? No worries. If you don't absolutely LOVE your jewelry, just contact Customer Service (1-800-539-3580) within 30 days from the shipping date, and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange or refund. For more detailed information, please see our Return Policy.
Note: All costs associated with international returns are the customer's responsibility.
Also remember to send back any Free Gifts with purchase with your product. You need to do this in order to receive your refund.
ORDER STATUS
Wondering when your jewelry order is going to show up? When your order ships, we send out an email including a shipment confirmation and order tracking number to the email address that you provided during the order process.
PAYMENT
If the billing and shipping addresses are both within the US or Canada, we will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

TAX & DUTIES - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
If there are any additional charges for customs clearance, you'll be responsible for those as well. Unfortunately, Ice has no control over these charges and can't even predict what they might be (although they're probably not too bad).
Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find all the details.
COUNTRY EXCLUSIONS
We currently don't ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that Ice reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we'll let you know immediately.
JEWELRY RESTRICTIONS
From time to time we are unable to ship certain items internationally. For example, currently we can't ship watches internationally due to certain distribution agreements.
