We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products, which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products, which are not returned with the free gift.
ORDER STATUS
All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an email to confirm shipping. The email will be sent to the email address provided during the order process and it will include a tracking number.
PAYMENT
If the billing and shipping addresses are both within the US or Canada, we will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

TAX AND DUTIES - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.
The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. ICE.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.
COUNTRY EXCLUSIONS
We currently do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Russia. Please note that ICE.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
JEWELRY RESTRICTIONS
From time to time we are unable to ship certain items internationally. Currently we cannot ship WATCHES internationally due to certain distribution agreements.
