BACKORDER POLICY

Not in stock? No problem!

All of Ice's jewelry is beautiful, stunning and stylish. But there are some pieces that are super popular, and are not always in stock because everyone wants one! You can place any of our best selling items that are temporarily out of stock on reserve. When we get more in, you'll be one of the first to receive one.

The items with Backorder Service availability will be marked on the product page as "Backordered (Available on: MM/DD/YYYY)"

How does the Backorder Service Work?

See something sparkly you like? But it's not in stock? No worries. Simply place an order, as you would on any item, on that sparkle -- but know that it won't be delivered until the item is in stock. Check the Product Page and the Shopping Bag for the date that it's expected in stock. Once it's in -- we ship it to you within 72 hours.

Your credit card will only be charged at the time when the backordered item is shipped from our warehouse.

If you change your mind on that item after you ordered it, but before we shipped it, you can call our toll free number 1-800-539-3580 to explain your change of heart and get assistance.

In the unlikely event that your backordered item cannot be shipped, we'll contact you right away by email and let you know why it's delayed.

How does it work if my order includes both backordered items and items in stock?

Good question. The items in stock will be shipped right away, using the selected shipping method, and the backordered items will be shipped separately once they're in, using the same shipping method selected when you placed the order. Note: All shipping charges related to the total order will be collected once with the initial transaction. Backordered items will not have additional shipping charges.
