Return Policy
We feel confident that you'll be thrilled with your Ice purchase, but, if you don't absolutely LOVE your jewelry, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the shipping date and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.
All you need to do is call our Customer Care Team (1-800-539-3580) and we'll issue you a prepaid label to ship it back to us, free of charge.
Canadian customers are also covered by our 30-day guarantee, but there is a small return shipping fee of $6.50 USD for all returned orders that require a refund.
