Individual LIBOR panel bank submissions in accordance with the Waterfall Methodology may be generated through Level 1 (Transaction-Based), Level 2 (Transaction-Derived) or Level 3 (Expert Judgement) of the waterfall. Individual panel bank submissions in accordance with the LIBOR submission question (i.e. prior to a bank's transition to the Waterfall Methodology) are generated in response to the LIBOR submission question using that bank's own methodology based on objective criteria and relevant market information. Such submitted rate data should not be taken as indicative of the rates at which any particular counterparties could or may have transacted with any particular LIBOR panel bank.
