* It should be noted that under the Alternative Delivery Procedure under the Permian WTI Futures Contract Rules the Seller may agree with the Buyer to make delivery of Permian WTI in a manner or at a place or on terms other than those specified in the Contract Rules and Administrative Procedures. Therefore not all of the Permian WTI scheduled for delivery will necessarily go to delivery.
