* It should be noted that under the Alternative Delivery Procedure under the Ultra Low Sulphur Heating Oil Futures Contract Rules the Seller may agree with the Buyer to make delivery of Ultra Low Sulphur Heating Oil in a manner or at a place or on terms other than those specified in the Contract Rules and Administrative Procedures. Therefore not all of the Ultra Low Sulphur Heating Oil scheduled for delivery will necessarily go to delivery.
