Mark Heckert is Chief Operating Officer at ICE. He oversees the global sales and relationship management teams for ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services business. In this role, he oversees client-facing products and teams, ensuring seamless provision of ICE data and services to customers.
Heckert has over 25 years of experience serving the fixed income data industry and developing new products that bring more transparency to global markets. Before his role as Chief Operating Officer, Heckert was Chief Product Officer for ICE Data Services, supporting an array of solutions that enable customers to mark-to-market, benchmark, manage risk and determine investment strategies. He joined the company as part of ICE’s acquisition of Interactive Data in 2015, where he led the fixed income valuations business and oversaw the creation of the Continuous Evaluated Pricing service, which provides streaming evaluated bond prices for over 2.4 million securities.
Before joining Interactive Data in 1998, Heckert worked at State Street Bank & Trust Co. He holds an MBA in finance and strategy from Boston University and a BA in political economy from Michigan State University.

Emmanuel Bucaille is the Head of Platforms and Transformation. He joined Bank of Singapore in 2018 and is responsible for the development and transformation of BOS’ Platforms. With his team, Emmanuel drives many strategic initiatives including Client Front End, Internal Front End, Product and Client data, Execution and Wealth Platform as well as Regulatory projects.
Emmanuel has over 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets and wealth management, with most of his career spent with UBS in Europe and Asia. He has held many different roles within the wealth management business, including Head of Investment Products and Services for WM Global Emerging Markets, Head of Advisory Solutions in APAC and Head of Products and Services HK-SG.
Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, Emmanuel was the Regional Head of Wealth Solutions in Manulife Asset Management based in Hong Kong.
Emmanuel holds a Diploma in Economics and Finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
Marco Kermaidic is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BNP Paribas Wealth Management Asia. He is in charge of operations, client lifecycle management, finance/performance management as well as IT support and projects, which are key to help WM maintain a strong and sustainable business in Asia.
Marco has extensive wealth management experience within and outside of Asia. In his previous role, he was Head of Product and Services Development (PSD) . The PSD team supports business development activities for Investment Services, covering a wide array of services from developing projects and sales analytics, to regulatory adaptation and risk controls. Prior to taking up this role in 2017, he was Head of Investment Counselling in Hong Kong, serving HNWI and UHNWI clients in Asia. He moved there from Dubai in 2013, where he built up considerable experience servicing Middle Eastern but also NRI and International clients, both as Head of Products for the MENA market, and then as Commercial Head for the Middle East sites.
Marco Kermaidic is an Economics graduate from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and holds a postgraduate degree from Bayes Business School, City University, in London.
Magnus Cattan is the Head of Asia Pacific Client Development for ICE's Fixed Income and Data Services business. Mr. Cattan is based in Hong Kong and is in charge of all client-facing activities in this business. These teams are tasked with cultivating and expanding current and new customer relationships, as well as developing business strategy for the Asia-Pacific area. Prior to this role, Mr. Cattan held various leadership roles in product and business development at ICE and Interactive Data Corporation, which was acquired by ICE in 2015.
Mr. Cattan tenure in the financial data industry spans over 25 years, he is passionate about transparency and the transformation of workflow from analog to digital in the financial markets.
Vivek joined HSBC 1+ year ago in Jan 2023 as ‘Global Head of FX and Derivatives Platforms & Product Management’ from Standard Chartered Bank where he was the ‘Global Head for FX and Interest Rate Products’ within Wealth Management.
Vivek has 17+ years of experience in banking gained in roles across Global Markets and Wealth Management at HSBC, Standard Chartered and Barclays Capital.
Vivek has a master’s degree in mathematics and computing from IIT Delhi and an MBA from NUS in Singapore. He has a 9-year-old daughter who is very much the centre of his life when outside work. His other interests include, mountain trekking, reading history and philosophy, and researching topics on cognitive biases and heuristics.
Warren Kearney has 25 years’ experience in private and retail banking and is an accountant by background. In his 18 years at Deutsche Bank, where he has worked in both the UK and Singapore, he has established and run regional analytics and reporting functions, built global reporting platforms, and now leads the global WM data platforms team and regional data science capability.
