
Dwijen A. Gandhi is Senior Director and Head of Product Development within the ICE Data Indices division of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).
In this role, he and his team are responsible for the research, product development, and management of fixed income, equity, commodity, currency, and multi-asset indices. With nearly 19 years of experience spanning both the index and exchange traded products space, he brings a customer-focused and innovative approach to developing new indices and finding solutions for clients.
Prior to joining ICE, Dwijen started his career within the New Product Development (ETFs and Indices) division at the American Stock Exchange. He later worked in the Global Index and Exchange Traded Products team at NYSE Euronext. Dwijen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major concentration in Economics and Biological Sciences, and a minor concentration in Financial Economics.

Eric Coolbaugh is an Index Product Development Manager within ICE Data Indices. In this role, he is responsible for the research and development of fixed income indices involving more advanced designs as well as for new exposure build-outs. Prior to joining ICE, Eric previously worked at IHS Markit (now S&P Global) and LSEG. At IHS Markit, he was a member of the Fixed Income Index R&D team responsible for new product development relating to iBoxx tradable cash bond and loan indices as well as the supporting derivative ecosystem including iBoxx standardized total return swaps, CDX, and iTraxx. At LSEG, he was a member of the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Quantitative Product team supporting the design and construction of advanced strategies for both FTSE Canada and FTSE Fixed Income (the former Salomon Brothers/Citigroup index business). Eric holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Business Administration and Economics.

Kevin Diener is responsible for product management for ICE’s Fixed Income Indices. Based in New York, Kevin joined ICE in June 2020 as a fixed income evaluator, responsible for evaluating corporate bonds. Kevin then transitioned to the index team in June 2022 to focus on expanding IDI’s suite of fixed income indices. Prior to ICE, Kevin spent 8 years at Bloomberg with responsibilities varying from evaluating municipal bonds as a part of the BVAL team to capturing issuer and issue data as a part of Bloomberg’s global data organization. Kevin has Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Clemson University.
