Dwijen A. Gandhi is Senior Director and Head of Product Development within the ICE Data Indices division of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).

In this role, he and his team are responsible for the research, product development, and management of fixed income, equity, commodity, currency, and multi-asset indices. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning both the index and exchange traded products space, he brings a customer-focused and innovative approach to developing new indices and finding solutions for clients.

Prior to joining ICE, Dwijen started his career within the New Product Development (ETFs and Indices) division at the American Stock Exchange. He later worked in the Global Index and Exchange Traded Products team at NYSE Euronext. Dwijen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major concentration in Economics and Biological Sciences, and a minor concentration in Financial Economics.

In his role, Matt is the Head of the Global iNAV product responsible for business development and product oversight for service that provides indicative values for Exchange Traded Funds and Exchange Traded Notes to market data vendors and global exchanges. Matt has over 17 years of experience working with Exchange Traded Products, starting with an offering supporting 25 Fixed Income Exchange Traded Products to leading a service that currently supports over 4,500.

Prior to joining ICE, Matt worked at Interactive Data Corporation with various roles on the Basket Calculation Service team that was acquired by ICE and the Data Consulting Group, and as an Account Supervisor at Investors Bank and Trust.

Matt holds a B.A. in history from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.

Ally Wallace is a Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets and ETF Strategy for MSIM’s ETF business. Prior to joining MSIM in 2022, Ally spent 13 years at BlackRock in the iShares division overseeing the ETF Markets Ecosystem and Platform development. A platform that grew from $300B to $2.3T during her tenure and expanded across asset classes and geographies. In her time at BlackRock, she served as the CoHead of ETF Global Markets Americas, and most recently was the Global Head of Fixed Income Product Architecture & Platform for iShares. Ally joined BlackRock from Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division where she was an equity sales-trader. She began her career at Deutsche Bank in the Global Markets Fixed Income Division. Ally holds a B.A in history from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the University of California’s Haas School of Business.
