Speaker Release

Subject to the terms and conditions of the third paragraph of this Release, you authorize NYSE Group, Inc., its affiliates, agents, designees, licensees, Event co-sponsors, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasee”) to (a) record (as applicable) your picture and voice on photographs, films, audiotapes, videotapes and any other media known or hereafter developed at the Event (the “Recordings”), (b) edit the Recordings at its reasonable discretion and (c) incorporate the Recordings into movie and sound films or audiotapes and videotapes, broadcasts (internet, radio and television, including cable and satellite transmissions) or programs (the “Program”) and (d) use, to the extent provided by you to Releasee, your name, likeness, voice and biographic information in connection with the Program, including promotion of the Program.

To the extent you had or have any interest in the Recordings, you transfer to NYSE Group, Inc. full ownership of all right(s), title(s), and interest(s), including without limitation the copyright in any downloadable, streaming and/or interactive multimedia, website content, audio, print, graphic and electronic publication rights, including all digitized versions whether for linear viewing or not, and all other rights of distribution and/or other exploitation; and any and all ideas, processes, methods, innovations, inventions, and any trademark, service mark, certification mark or associated branding rights associated (“Title”). You further agree to execute any further documents or assignments to the extent required (in Releasee’s sole discretion) to perfect or otherwise give effect to the transfer of Title conveyed by this Release.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) Releasee shall only use the Recordings in connection with a Program depicting or describing the Event, including promotion of the Event and (b) Releasee shall not use the Recordings for illegal, libelous, slanderous or immoral purposes.

This Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. All claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with this Release shall be heard exclusively by any of the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction located in New York, New York.
