AI accelerating insights
AI is helping to improve the quality and coverage of ICE's data and analytics. In reference data we're boosting the timeliness of incorporating new issuance into our systems by using AI to process and validate documents from hundreds of sources. The quality of our evaluations is being improved by combining live data and correlations across instruments, with AI helping us identify patterns in pre and post trade analytics. We’re also utilizing AI with our sentiment indictor datasets including Reddit, Dow Jones and soon, Polymarket.

In early 2025 ICE and Reddit announced a new collaboration to create and distribute data products for capital markets. Since then we have worked with Reddit and a range of firms to develop solutions for clients to help identify opportunities, improve trade surveillance and more. Reddit’s unique content, communities and conversations, combined with ICE's proprietary data, infrastructure, technology and expertise offers a powerful new proposition.
The solution
ICE turns unstructured conversations, posts and mentions from thousands of subreddit communities into structured market signals and sentiment for capital market participants. We identify entities and structure information using established ICE identifiers to help banks, asset managers, wealth managers and more enhance their trading strategies.

This prediction market data can enhance investment research, risk modelling, scenario analysis, and portfolio construction by surfacing leading indicators and uncorrelated signals ahead of traditional market movements.
Polymarket captures diverse, global sentiment through blockchain-based markets covering political events, economic indicators, technology developments, and cultural trends. Polymarket’s decentralized structure aggregates perspectives from worldwide participants, creating a unique dataset that reveals market expectations and latent variables often not captured by traditional financial instruments.
All trades and resolutions are recorded on-chain, providing verifiable, timestamped records that ensure data integrity and auditability. Access premium news, data and insights from Dow Jones Newswires including content from The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch and Investor’s Business Daily – available via the ICE desktop platform ICE Connect, via the consolidated data feed, history or API. Sentiment values denote stories as positive, negative or neutral.
