Request a Bid
Use Request Bid on the Menu Bar to solicit a price at which you can sell single or multiple items. To enter a single cusip, populate the cusip, quantity and sales credit on the entry line provided.
Click Add a Bond to add an additional item, or Delete from List to remove.
You can also use Spreadsheet Upload to add multiple items. Doing so will add onto, not replace existing items.
An informational window about the bond selected can be exposed or hidden using the Window button.
If an item is entered that has a bid side market available you may be presented with an opportunity to sell the bond at the available bid. This feature is controlled through your firm’s Broker Workstation rules engine.
If you choose Yes, the item will update to a sell on the list.
When all items are entered, click Pre-Submit Bond(s)
To begin the bid request or order submittal process. You will have to enter and attest to all the same information required for orders.
After submitting, you can monitor the status of these items on the Order Blotter.
