The EU Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 (“EU PRIIPs Regulation”) has been in force since 1 January 2018. The EU PRIIPs Regulation applies to packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (“PRIIPs”). ICE is also subject to the EU PRIIPs Regulation as “onshored” into UK law and subsequently amended following the end of the Brexit transition period.
