The following benchmark statements have been created in accordance with Article 27 of the UK and EU Benchmark Regulations (“UK BMR” & “EU BMR” respectively) and the supplementary delegated regulations on the content of benchmark statements.

ICE Data Indices, LLC has been recognized in the UK as a third country Benchmark Administrator for purposes of Article 32 of the UK BMR with the FCA as the relevant competent authority. The benchmarks which are available for use by supervised entities in the UK are published on the FCA register.

ICE Data Indices, LLC has also been granted recognition in the EU by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in accordance with Article 32 of the EU BMR in respect of the IDI Paris-Aligned and Climate Transition Benchmarks. The benchmarks available for use by EU supervised entities are published on the ESMA register.
