MMBTU of natural gas for delivery on the Delivery Date, stated in
U.S. Dollars, published under the heading "Daily Price Survey
($/MMBtu): Rockies/Northwest: CIG, Rockies: Midpoint" in the issue
of Gas Daily that reports prices effective on that Pricing Date.
