In respect of final settlement, the Floating Price will be a price in USD and cents per kilogram based on the average of the assessments as made public by Fastmarkets for “Lithium Carbonate 99.5% Li2CO3 min, battery grade, spot prices cif China, Japan & Korea, $/kg” for each business day (as specified below) in the determination period.
