Dwijen A. Gandhi

Senior Director and Head of Product Development, ICE

Dwijen A. Gandhi is Senior Director and Head of Product Development within the ICE Data Indices division of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).

In this role, he and his team are responsible for the research, product development, and management of fixed income, equity, commodity, currency, and multi-asset indices. With over 18 years of experience spanning both the index and exchange traded products space, he brings a customer-focused and innovative approach to developing new indices and finding solutions for clients.

Prior to joining ICE, Dwijen started his career within the New Product Development (ETFs and Indices) division at the American Stock Exchange. He later worked in the Global Index and Exchange Traded Products team at NYSE Euronext. Dwijen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major concentration in Economics and Biological Sciences, and a minor concentration in Financial Economics.

Kevin Diener

Fixed Income Manager, Product Management, ICE

Kevin Diener is responsible for product management for ICE’s Fixed Income Indices. Based in New York, Kevin joined ICE in June 2020 as a fixed income evaluator, responsible for evaluating corporate bonds. Kevin then transitioned to the index team in June 2022 to focus on expanding IDI’s suite of fixed income indices. Prior to ICE, Kevin spent 8 years at Bloomberg with responsibilities varying from evaluating municipal bonds as a part of the BVAL team to capturing issuer and issue data as a part of Bloomberg’s global data organization. Kevin has Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Clemson University.
