Last Trading Day

Trading ceases at 3:00 PM Kuala Lumpur time on the 15th calendar day of the contract expiry month, or if the 15th is a Kuala Lumpur non-market day, the preceding Kuala Lumpur business day. In all cases, such other date as the Exchange specifies on its website from time to time may apply instead.

Final Settlement

The final settlement price will be equal to the reciprocal of the Kuala Lumpur USD/MYR reference rate (rounded to 5 decimal places) reported by Bank Negara Malaysia and Financial Markets Association of Malaysia (“FMA”) at approximately 3:30 PM Kuala Lumpur time on the Last Trading Day.

ICSG will record cash settlement as of the Business Day (as defined in the ICSG rules) which is the day on which trading has ceased in accordance with these specifications, with such update being effected on the following Business Day, subject in all cases to any relevant term in ICSG’s Finance Procedures and its Rules which may affect the timing of such payment.
