In respect of daily settlement, the Floating Price will be
determined by ICE using price data from a number of sources
including spot, forward and derivative markets for both physical
and financial products.
- Final Settlement
In respect of final settlement, the Floating Price will be a price
in USD and cents per metric tonne based on the average of the mean
of the high and low quotations appearing in the “Platts Asian
Petrochemicalscan” weekly report under the heading
“Aromatics ($/mt)” subheading “CFR Taiwan”
for “PX” for each business day (as specified below) in
the determination period.
NB: the Asian Petrochemicalscan is a weekly report published on a
Friday that will include all the Platts daily quotations for PX CFR
Taiwan assessed during that week. If Friday is a public holiday,
then the Asian Petrochemicalscan weekly report will be published on
the first previous business day. If the Asian Petrochemicalscan
weekly report is not published (for example, during a holiday
period), then the underlying Platts quotation used for final
settlement calculation purposes will be that published under Platts
symbol: AAQNE00.
