Ed Addvensky

Vice President - Global Client Development, ICE Data Service

Ed Addvensky is Vice President, Global Client Development and is responsible for the Fixed Income and Data Services business of ICE. In this capacity, he leads the company’s Relationship Management, Sales, and Business Development functions in the Americas and the relationship with its global accounts through the leadership of the Global Relationship Manager team. These teams focus on ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention through the development and management of customer relationships across its Pricing, Index and Analytics, Reference Data, Connectivity, and Real Time Feed offerings.

Ed previously held several Sales and Sales Management roles for Interactive Data Corporation, which was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in late 2015. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Boston College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fordham University.

Mark Heckert

Chief Product Officer- Fixed Income & Data Services, ICE

Mark Heckert is Chief Product Officer at ICE Data Services, which is part of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE). He oversees product management and new product development across the ICE Data Services portfolio of services, which support an array of solutions that enable customers’ to mark to market, benchmark, manage risk and determine their investment strategies.

Heckert has over 20 years of senior level experience serving the fixed income data industry and developing new products that bring more transparency to global markets. Before his role as Chief Product Officer, Heckert led the fixed income valuations business for Interactive Data (acquired by ICE in December 2015), where he directed the development of the Continuous Evaluated Pricing service, which provides streaming evaluated bond prices for over 2.4 million securities. Before joining Interactive Data in 1998, Heckert worked at State Street Bank & Trust Co. He holds a MBA in finance and strategy from Boston University and a BA in political economy from Michigan State University.

Trabue Bland

President, ICE Futures U.S.

Trabue Bland is the President, ICE Futures U.S., a regulated futures exchange and a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). He previously served as VP of Regulation where he managed ICE’s regulatory efforts globally, with an emphasis on CFTC regulation.

Prior to joining ICE in 2007, Bland was Legal Counsel to Acting Chairman Walter Lukken at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He was also a trial attorney in the Division of Enforcement and an attorney in the Division of Clearing and Intermediary Oversight.

Before joining the Commission, Bland was in private practice at Balch and Bingham, LLP. He served on the staff of Senator Thad Cochran before attending law school. Bland is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Larry Lawrence

Head of Sustainability, ICE

In this role, Larry is responsible for developing and delivering ICE’s data strategy and product roadmap surrounding sustainable finance. He works with financial market participants to support their and their clients’ sustainable finance goals in areas such as ESG.

He was previously head of ESG and climate product strategy for the wealth management, private assets, fund ratings, ESG reporting product lines at MSCI. He joined MSCI from KLD, a pioneer in the field of ESG investing. Larry served as a product manager with KLD, RiskMetrics and later MSCI, where he was instrumental in the development of the firm’s ESG ratings, governance metrics and ESG controversies product lines, as well as MSCI’s ESG platforms.

Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Newbury College.

Michael Blaugrund

Vice President of strategic Initiatives- ICE

Michael Blaugrund is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). In this role, he leads a range of projects across the company’s business units that focus on the development of next-generation infrastructure and platforms.

Prior to re-joining ICE, Blaugrund served as the Chief Executive Officer of DriveWealth, a registered clearing broker-dealer whose “Brokerage as a Service” API technology powers U.S. securities trading for over 100 global partners representing tens of millions of retail accounts. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), overseeing strategy and operations of the NYSE Group’s five equity exchanges and two options exchanges. Prior to NYSE, he was the Director of Business Development at Tower Research Capital, where he was responsible for expanding the firm’s global market access and developing strategic assets. He also previously led U.S. equity product strategy at NASDAQ and held product management roles at Thomson Reuters. He previously served on the boards of SIAC, the Options Clearing Corporation, and tZERO.

Blaugrund holds an A.B. in Government from Harvard University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Kai Brusch

Head of Data and Analytics, Polymarket

Kai Brusch is Head of Data at Polymarket, responsible for building the company’s data foundations and leading its data science and analytics efforts for prediction markets. Previously, he was Head of Forecasting at Airbnb, where he led multiple data science and finance teams to translate complex data into clear strategy and measurable impact. He holds a master’s degree in computer science and is passionate about using data to make complex systems more transparent and actionable.

Bryce Feuerstein,

Vice President, Head of AI Platform Business, Dataminr

Over his 14+ years at Dataminr, Bryce has launched First Alert for Public Safety, Dataminr for News, Dataminr Pulse for Corporate Risk, and most recently, Dataminr's Platform API Business to bring AI-Powered Real-Time Event, Threat & Risk Intelligence to users in new ecosystems. Trusted by more than 100 U.S. government agencies, 20+ international governments, two-thirds of the Fortune 50, and half of the Fortune 100 to enable faster and more informed decisions, Dataminr's Multimodal Fusion AI, ReGenAI, and Agentic AI innovations architect the future of real-time intelligence at the speed and scale of AI. Bryce holds a Bachelor's degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Varun Pawar

Chief Product Officer, Fixed Income and Data Services Director, Varun Pawar, ICE

Varun Pawar is the Chief Product Officer at ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) business (NYSE: ICE). In his role, Pawar oversees product development and innovation across indices, entity data, reference data, evaluated pricing for bonds and derivatives, analytics and data operations globally.

From June 2022 to December 2023, Pawar headed ICE Data Indices overseeing product development, business strategy and operations globally. Prior June 2022, Pawar headed up quantitative teams at ICE FIDS focused on improving precision of bond evaluation products and developing new products using a combination of proprietary data, technology, and human capital.

Pawar joined ICE in September 2019 after spending 12 years at Bloomberg developing their fixed income evaluated pricing business, BVAL. Pawar headed the BVAL business globally from 2015 to 2019.

Born and raised in Bangalore India, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Bangalore University and master’s degree in Finance and Management from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.

Jonny Dittmer

General Manager, Fund Solutions, CWAN

Jonny Dittmer is the General Manager of Fund Solutions at CWAN, where he leads a cross-functional team focused on client success, innovative product launches, and business development for fund clients.

Over his 15-year tenure at CWAN, Jonny has held leadership roles across client relationship management, operations, and product development. He has overseen global data operations, vendor partnerships, and North American implementations; launched new products and businesses; and driven major initiatives including CWAN’s knowledge management program and the institutionalization of its pricing structure.

Jonny graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing.

Alex Blumen

Partnerships Director, Ridgeline, Inc.

As the Partnerships Director at Ridgeline, Inc., Alex Blumen brings more than 25 years of experience in product strategy and alliance partner development, including international assignments across Europe and the U.S. capital markets landscape. His career includes leadership roles at SS&C Technologies (Advent Software), LSEG (formerly Thomson Reuters), and AIG. Alex’s expertise spans solutions management across counterparty and market data, partnership strategy, and business development. He is known for building and managing high-impact partnerships and helping investment managers navigate complex data ecosystems.

Michael Setrin

Managing Director, Head of Client & Trading Success, Trumid

Mike Setrin is Managing Director, Head of Client & Trading Success at Trumid, overseeing Trading Support, Client Success, Treasury Trading, and Reference Data. With nearly nine years at Trumid and over twelve years in electronic credit trading, he has been instrumental in scaling the platform, enhancing trading workflows, and strengthening operational and client-facing capabilities. He leads high-performing teams and fosters strong cross-functional partnerships that enhance the reliability and usability of the platform for clients.

Pierce Lord

Senior Director, Pricing- ICE

Pierce Lord, CFA is a Senior Director at ICE overseeing the fixed income pricing product. He began his career at UBS investment bank, focusing on convertible bond origination, and later worked as a convertible bond analyst and trader at Drake Management LLC. Pierce founded and operated Lord Capital Management, a registered investment advisory, for five years starting in 2006.

Pierce entered the fixed income data space when he joined Bloomberg in 2010 and spent the next nine years building BVAL’s fixed income evaluated pricing product across municipal bonds, global credit and rates. Pierce has held other leadership roles, including global head of market data at MarketAxess and head of commercial strategy and business development for ICE Indices.

Ammer Soliman

COO & Co-Founder, Moment

Ammer Soliman is the COO & Co-Founder of Moment, a New York based company building the first operating system for fixed income. Moment serves leading financial institutions and fintechs with over $5T in assets. Before Moment, Ammer was at McKinsey & Company where he advised leading private equity and financial services firms.
