Michael DiOrio is SVP of Operations at Dataminr. For over 10+ years, he has focused on scaling the company’s AI platform for real-time risk detection and its pioneering AI human-in-the-loop team. He leads a global operations team instrumental in cultivating 1 million-plus unique sources of public data for Dataminr’s AI engine and building out new alerting use cases to accelerate commercialization. Michael is an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves and a term member on the Council of Foreign Relations. He earned a BA from the College of the Holy Cross, an MA from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Joshua Starnes is based in Houston, Texas and serves as the Director, Business Development for ICE Fixed Income & Data Services where he manages oil, gas and power and agriculture content for ICE desktop and feed products. Prior to joining Intercontinental Exchange Joshua was the Director of Research, Americas for Refinitiv where he developed vessel tracking products and quantitative analysis of the supply and demand chain for North American crude and refined product markets. He has a BA in English from the University of Houston and an MS in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
